Return To ShopOur boned and rolled shoulder of lamb is a lovely slow roasting joint for a stringy Sunday lamb roast dinner. In the winter months lamb shoulder really will make for a cracking stew or hot pot type dish as well. The shoulder meat from our lambs provides a stringy texture and used on the right dinner is just sensational, soft succulent meat that is full of flavour. Our Lamb is locally sourced.
